Unlike the single stone mass that makes up Uluṟu, there are 36 formations in total, with the tallest one standing at just over 1000m above sea level called Mt Olga.

On return, we’ll head out for dinner at Ilkari, which offers a tantalising menu of international flavours with the chef’s signature dishes enlivened by Indigenous flavours.

Enjoy light refreshments & sparkling wine in the middle of nowhere once landed!

We’ll return around 10am and the rest of the day is yours to relax in the outback sun, explore more of Alice Springs and then meet up with the rest of the group for a late afternoon sunset drink.
