After your arrival and check-in at the centrally located Grace Hotel, we’ll meet to have a few welcome drinks before enjoying a nice local dinner at a great local restaurant as we get to know everyone for the weekend.
After an early breakfast, we’ll head out to Warwick Farm to visit Annabel Neesham’s stable and see how her stable stars are looking for Spring being heading across the road for a guided tour around the amazing new Inglis Sales Complex that hosts the biggest sale of the year, the Sydney Easter Yearling Sales.
We’ll then enjoy a relaxing luncheon nearby with a few wines before heading back to town where the afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy the wonderful Sydney nightlife or relax at the hotel.
We have a nice sleep-in with a chance to wander down to Circular Quay for a walk around Sydney Opera House and soak up the beautiful harbour views.
We then head off for an exclusive racing luncheon with our friends at First Light Racing. We’ll have special guest trainers, jockeys and tipsters giving us the inside word on the huge Everest race day.
The evening is at your leisure to explore Sydney’s nightlife.
Today we head off to Randwick for one of the most exciting days of racing on the Sydney racing calendar with the richest race in Australia. The Everest has become a marquee race day not to be missed with all twelve spots in hot demand. We have reserved tables in the Centennial Restaurant, sit back and enjoy spectacular race views from your table.
A Level 3 restaurant overlooking the home straight and winning post from the sleek and modern surrounds of the Queen Elizabeth II Grandstand. Guests in Centennial Restaurant enjoy a three-course meal and beverage package from a reserved table and facilities. Guests can also use on outdoor seated terrace to view the races.
Once the races are finished we’ll head back to the city to relax and unwind with a few drinks.
Our Sydney long weekend finished after breakfast as we all make our way home ready for the last few weeks of the Spring carnival from Melbourne.
