We will meet in the hotel lobby at 9.15am to head out for a full day exploring Seoul. Visit magnificent Gyeongbokgung Palace and enjoy a traditional Hanbok experience before lunch in lively Insa Dong.
The afternoon continues at the War Memorial of Korea and N Seoul Tower for sweeping city views. We return to the hotel at approximately 5pm, with the evening at leisure.
Meet in the lobby at 9.00am for a special behind-the-scenes visit to a local racing training and stable centre, including a stable tour, horse feeding and time at the Slow Pony café. Your chance to get up close to the Seoul racecourse. After lunch at the race park, enjoy free time in Seoul.
Take a full-day guided tour to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ), including Imjingak, the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, and the Peace Observatory. A unique opportunity to learn about the Korean War and the division between North and South Korea. In the evening, explore Myeongdong Street, famous for shopping and vibrant street food.
Today is the pinnacle of your South Korean racing adventure — the prestigious Korea Cup! Experience the thrill of South Korea’s premier racing event with exclusive premium hospitality, ensuring you’re right in the heart of the action in complete comfort. Soak up the lively atmosphere, watch world-class thoroughbreds compete, and toast to a fantastic day among fellow racing enthusiasts.
After breakfast, we bid farewell to Seoul and take a short flight to beautiful Jeju Island, where a full day of sightseeing awaits. On arrival, we’ll enjoy a tour around this stunning island destination, taking in its unique scenery, local highlights and relaxed coastal charm. Along the way, we’ll stop to enjoy lunch together before continuing our exploration, with the day rounded out by a lovely, included dinner as we settle in and soak up the atmosphere of Jeju.
Today is yours to enjoy the beautiful island of Jeju at your own pace. With its dramatic volcanic landscapes, coastal scenery, local markets and relaxed island atmosphere, Jeju offers plenty to discover. You may like to explore Jeju City, browse the stalls and sample local specialties at Dongmun Traditional Market, enjoy a walk along the coast, visit one of the island’s scenic volcanic peaks or gardens, or simply find a café and soak up the slower pace of island life. For those wanting to venture further, Jeju is renowned for its picturesque coastline, forest trails and spectacular natural scenery, with plenty of options for sightseeing or a leisurely day trip.
Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing day at our hotel, the Grand Hyatt Jeju, located within the landmark Jeju Dream Tower. With an impressive selection of restaurants and bars, two spas, shopping and a large outdoor pool deck, it is an excellent place to unwind and enjoy a day with no set schedule. The day is completely yours — explore as much or as little as you wish before we continue our South Korean adventure.
Today offers a fascinating insight into Jeju’s thriving equine industry as we visit Korea’s main horse stud farm and training facility. This is a wonderful opportunity to go behind the scenes, learn more about Korea’s racing and breeding scene, and see first-hand the care, preparation and dedication that goes into developing the next generation of racehorses. Surrounded by Jeju’s beautiful countryside, it promises to be a memorable and uniquely immersive day for racing enthusiasts.

On arrival, we’ll enjoy a city tour showcasing some of Busan’s key sights, offering a wonderful introduction to its unique blend of modern energy, seaside beauty and local culture. This evening, we’ll head to the lively Haeundae Night Market, where you can soak up the atmosphere, sample delicious local street food and experience one of Busan’s most popular waterfront precincts after dark.
Today we head off for an exciting introduction to South Korean racing at the renowned Busan Racecourse. Settle in and soak up the atmosphere as you watch the action unfold on the wide-open sand track, famous for its fast pace and competitive fields.
