Join your fellow ATC Members for a fun Stradbroke long weekend. There’s no better way to prepare for the final and best day of the Brisbane Racing Carnival – $5 million Stradbroke Handicap Day. Staying in the heart of the city, we’ll enjoy a stable visit to the new Eagle Farm facilities, a Stradbroke Eve luncheon with leading trainers and jockeys before we enjoy premium hospitality for the best day on the Brisbane Racing and social calenders.
PAYMENT – $200 Deposit due on booking, balance due 60 days before the tour begins.
Make your way to our centrally located 4* Hotel for check-in. We’ll then all meet up in the lobby and head out for a nice local dinner and drinks to get to know each other.
We’re up early to head out to Eagle Farm to check out the new training facilities the Brisbane Racing Club built in the last few years. We’ll enjoy a tour of Tony Gollan stables, check out a few Flying Start horses and maybe bump into a winner or two.
Then after freshening up we head out to one of Brisbane’s great riverside venues for a Stradbroke Eve luncheon with special guests including Tony Gollan, Rob Heathcote and the Flying Start Team. We’ll also have a guest tipster give us the final word on the big days racing and hopefully find us a winner or two.
The late afternoon and evening are yours to enjoy another warm Brisbane winter.
After a little sleep in, we’re off to Stradbroke Handicap Day, the final day of the Brisbane Racing Carnival! We’ve got reserved tables in premium hospitality at Eagle Farm overlooking the straight. Includes 3-course luncheon, premium beverages, waiter service, and tote facilities. The perfect spot to watch this amazing day’s racing and back a few winners.
The evening is yours to celebrate and explore Brisbane.
The tour finishes after breakfast today as we leave sunny Queensland and head back down south for the rest of winter, or stay on for an extra holiday!
