In the early evening, we’ll come together to enjoy welcome drinks and a relaxed dinner at a local venue — a great opportunity to get to know one another and kick off an exciting week ahead.

This morning, we’ll start early with a tour of one of Perth’s leading stables at Ascot. We’ll get an inside look at their operations, explore the beautiful Ascot track, and hopefully catch a glimpse of some stable stars preparing for the big weekend.

Next, we’re heading to the Swan Valley for wine tasting and lunch. As the oldest wine region in Western Australia and the second oldest in Australia, Swan Valley offers a rich history and exquisite wines. We’ll visit a couple of wineries for tastings before enjoying a delicious lunch featuring local produce.

On our way back, we might even stop at a chocolate factory!

After a relaxing morning, We’ll head off to the launch of the prestigious Western Trilogy Luncheon, hosted by Racing WA at the iconic Optus Stadium. The Western Trilogy is a feature raceday concept created by Racing WA that brings together three of Western Australia’s most lucrative races. It was designed to elevate the profile of WA racing and attract national attention — including major stables, high-stakes punters, and racing fans from across Australia.

Enjoy a premium experience featuring a two-course luncheon, flowing drinks, and an exclusive after-party on the terrace overlooking the stadium. It’s the perfect way to gear up for raceday and soak up the atmosphere with fellow racing fans, industry figures, and special guests.

Today, we embark on a tour of Rottnest Island, exploring its natural attractions and historical landmarks. We’ll pass by Wadjemup Lighthouse, Henrietta Rocks, Oliver Hill Gun Fortification and Tunnels, and the breathtaking lookout point at Cathedral Rocks and Cape Vlamingh, concluding with a unique historic train ride.

From stunning beaches to pristine salt lakes, we cover all the major habitats on this incredible tour. You’ll learn about Rottnest Island’s rich cultural and historical heritage, spanning maritime and military history to its promising future. (Lunch Included).

After a relaxed start to the morning, it’s time for the main event — The Quokka!

We’ll make our way to Ascot Racecourse for a spectacular day of racing, where you’ll enjoy premium hospitality in one of the course’s exclusive areas.
