Your experience begins with a warm welcome dinner at one of Sydney’s top restaurants, followed by an exclusive behind-the-scenes visit to leading stables — a chance to meet some of the stars of the track up close.

Next, we’ll head north to the beautiful hinterland of Mount White, where we’ll visit a prominent Thoroughbred stud farm before enjoying a long lunch at the stunning Saddles Mount White — a venue known for its scenic setting, rustic charm, and exceptional cuisine.
